Shipping Policy

Fandom Collectible offers USPS Standard Shipping for fast and secure shipping methods with free shipping over a declared value on the website.  The processing time for non pre-order/standard items average 2.5 weeks from order date and delivery estimates are depended upon USPS delivery practices. Please note, once an item is shipped, refunds are no longer eligible until a "return" arrangement has been made.

What is PRE-ORDER?

Pre-Order are products that haven't been released yet that we can order for you. Pre-orders are sometimes referred to as "advance orders". When you place a pre-order, we place your order and then ship it to you based on it's release date.  Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE:

• ALL Pre-Order sales are FINAL.
• Images displayed for pre-order items may not be final art, and may be subject to change.
• On occasion,  pre-order items are late/delayed by the manufacturer and do not meet the release dates we have posted on our webpages. This is beyond our control, and we will update our webpages with the new release dates if/when we are supplied new release dates from the item manufacturer or our distributor.
